Susan Taylor Block
Illustrated by Deborah Cavenaugh
5 x 7, 56 pages
ISBN 978-0-9755910-5-5, trade paperback $12.95 USD

In the vein of Ogden Nash, Dorothy Parker, and Edward Lear, Susan Taylor Block takes readers to the lighter side of e-mail, beach houses, gardening, gossip, Manhattan taxis, and thinking young in this witty, entertaining collection. Readers of all ages will get a smile from this gift-sized volume, featuring custom illustrations by artist Deborah Cavenaugh to accompany each poem.

“This little volume deserves a Southern lady's three top-tier adjectives of praise: precious, lovely, and darlin’! Bless her heart, Susan Taylor Block has given me another reason to take one of her books to the porch, sip sweet tea, and be delighted by her way with words!” —Cecelia Budd Grimes, author of What It Means to Be Southern and What It Means to Have a Southern Wedding
